It’s been a big month for us. Slow Pony just dropped two new songs — Bad Ghost and Pugilism — and they’re officially live on Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, and wherever else you stream the good stuff.

Songs That Feel Like Us
These songs mean a lot to us. Bad Ghost is a weird little anthem for anyone who’s ever felt out of place but still showed up. Pugilism is... well, it punches a bit deeper. Both came straight from our guts, and we’re beyond stoked to finally have them out in the world.
But this is just the start — we've got eight more songs written and currently in progress in the studio. Slow Pony has been riding the creative wave hard this year, and it feels like we’re building something real.

If you don’t know us yet, here’s the lineup:
🎸Me – guitar, synth, vibes, and probably overthinking things
🎤Stephanie – vocals and piano; one of my best friends since high school and still my ride or die 🖤
✨Josh – bass and our recording wizard; another old friend from the scene who now moonlights as our audio engineer and keeps us sounding crisp
🥁Raul – drums; also from our high school music days and the guy who always makes things feel tight AF

Old Friends, New Sounds
Some of us go way back — like The Graces back. That was our old project: cello-driven, plugged into guitar amps, full drum kit, and Steph’s voice soaring through it all. (The Graces are still up on Spotify too if you wanna hear where this all started.)
It’s wild to see how we’ve grown and evolved, but still stayed close — as friends, as bandmates, and as weird little music kids who never quite grew out of it.
